With an iFIT subscription, just connect your own smartphone or tablet with Bluetooth® to follow expert iFIT Trainers through thousands of outdoor workouts spanning the most beautiful locations across all seven continents. iFIT’s intelligent fitness technology can control your treadmill to deliver workouts that are personalized to you, no matter where you are in your fitness journey. SmartAdjust™ can automatically change your 0% to 10% incline and your 0-10 MPH speed based on your workout history and performance for a hands-free, immersive experience. Connect a heart rate monitor using Bluetooth® and turn on iFIT’s ActivePulse™ feature so that the automatic treadmill adjustments change based on your target heart rate zone. The CoolAire™ has three modes of intensity – low, medium, and high – so you can stay cool during the toughest moments. The built-in 7” high contrast display will show live stats, including speed, incline, distance, and estimated calories. Whether you prefer using your own Bluetooth® headphones or using the treadmill’s two 2” speakers, you’ll be able to listen to music and your trainer at the same time. Once your workout is over, you can fold the treadmill easily by lifting the treadmill belt up and locking it in place with the pull pin. *iFIT experience shown.
